How to find us
Directions:
• From Junction 27 of the M5, take the A361 towards Barnstaple.
• After 23 miles you will come to a roundabout at The Northgate
Inn, Aller Cross.
• Turn right onto the A399 heading for Brayford.
• After 1 mile fork right at Northland Cross and head towards
Simonsbath.
• Continue for 7 miles, past Kinsford Gate.
• Emmett's Grange is the next turning on the right. Look out
for the two white gates.
