You can book either of the cottages online using the calendars below.

Please use the correct calendar below to see the price and check availability of your chosen dates. By clicking on the arrival date and the number of nights you would like to stay will generate the price.

If you wish to proceed and make a booking simply enter the number of adults, children and infants and then click the ‘Book Now’ button. Alternatively you can always book via email or over the phone

The prices and dates are specified for a Friday changeover. However, weekend and midweek breaks are available outside of the school holidays and at seven days notice if still available.

We can take a payment by online bank transfer, credit and debit cards and by cheque. Full details of how to pay are provided when making a booking. Rough shooting available on the estate by separate negotiation with the owner.

Stabling

Being in the heart of Exmoor Emmett’s Grange is the ideal property to bring with your horse with you. We have 12 stables available which can be rented out at £15 per horse per night. The cost covers stabling, bedding and grazing, which will be provided for you to sort out on arrival. An option to rent stabling is available once your booking dates have been selected on the calendars below.

The Linhay Prices

Bed linen and towels are included in the price, along with a welcome pack. There is no additional cost for cots and highchairs when required

Inside the properties pets are welcome but additionally charged at £25 per pet.

Please note that if the Linhay is booked on its own, guests will not have use of the outside facilities such as the games barn, croquet lawn and tennis court. Guess are however, more than welcome to explore the estate.
